Li-Ion Battery BMS Description:
How to connect the BMS to the battery pack?
1 Start from the B- wire to the negative of the battery (the B- wire needs to be soldered with a short wire first), then connect the flat cable (the flat cable needs to be removed from the board before connecting the flat cable).
2 Start wiring from B0, connect B0 to the total negative of the battery (this string is not number 1), connect cable B1 next to B0 to the positive of series 1, and connect the third cable B2 to the positive of series 2. The fourth cable B3 is connected to the positive pole of the AA battery ------ and so on.
3 After connecting the cables, measure the voltage between each two adjacent cables from the connector. The voltage of the lithium-ion battery should be less than 4.2V, and the voltage of the lithium-iron phosphate battery should be less than 3.5V.
4 Connect the negative terminal of the charger and the negative terminal of the load to C-. B negative wire and C negative wire need to be welded with thick wire. The wiring method has nothing to do with the color, just the correct order.
5 Then measure whether the total battery voltage is equal to the output voltage of the protection board, if it is equal, it means that the BMS is working normally.
